TANIA ANAYA is graduated in Fine Arts and has master in Cinema by the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She studied animation at the Nucleus of Animated Cinema from MG (National Film Board of Canada and Embrafilme), where she released MU and BALANÇANDO NA GANGORRA (award-winning from the 5th International Animation Festival – HIROSHIMA’94/Japan).

Among her works, some stand out: ÃGTUX (documentary and animation), award-winning of many festivals, including the 53 Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen (2007); CASTELOS DE VENTO, best animated film of the 25ª Jorney of Cinema from Bahia, etc. During more than 12 years she works with many Indian people producing documentaries and graphic arts.
